Preparation

1. Combine everything in blender or food processor and process until smooth.

2. Chill for one hour.

3. Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil and sprinkle of paprika for garnishing just before serving.
 

Serving suggestion: serve with raw vegetable crudites and whole grain pita crisps.
