Sparkle Pops

This frozen treat is a great way to use up produce in the refrigerator, pack in the fruits AND please the kiddos this summer! Bonus? It's super easy!

Preparation

  1. Blend juice and fruit in blender or food processor.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze until solid.

 

Additional Serving Suggestions

No molds on hand? Use dixie cups and popsicle sticks - kids can peel away the paper from the cups and enjoy!

Ingredients

Makes 6-8 (depending on size of molds)

  • 8 oz. 100% fruit juice (apple, berry, orange, pineapple, etc.) with no added sugar
  • 1 ½ - 2 c. fruit of your choice (berries, pineapple, bananas, grapes - whatever you have on hand!)
