Mango Berry Smoothie

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth.

Additional Serving Suggestions

  • For some Halloween fun, add a dollop of yogurt. Let kids use toothpicks to create a Spider’s Nest top!
  • For Valentine's Day, draw hearts on the cups, use fun straws, or use a dollup or yogurt to draw a heart on top of the smoothie!

  • ¼ c. frozen blueberries
  • ¼ c. frozen strawberries
  • ½ c. frozen mango chunks or slices
  • ½ c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 c. low-fat or nonfat milk or almond milk
  • ¼ raw oatmeal
