Preparation
- CCP: Wash hands. Gather and assemble all ingredients and utensils. Wash hands and put on clean gloves.
- Place buns on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Open buns. Spread 1 tsp of mustard on one side on the inside of the bun. Place 2 ozs of roasted pork into each bun.
- Top pork with 1 oz of Swiss cheese and 1 oz of ham.
- Close bun, wrap and/or place into an individual clear sandwich container. Seal and date container.
Additional Serving Suggestions
Serve with sliced pickles for authenticity.
