Bubbly Roasted Peaches

Roast peaches to bring out their natural sweetness for a yummy sweet treat!

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil.
  2. Cut peaches in half, carefully removing pit. Place cut side up on lined baking sheet.
  3. Top each half with ½ Tbs. butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle lightly with honey.
  4. Roast peaches for 20-25 minutes or until they are tender and golden brown around the edges.

Additional Serving Suggestions

Serve warm and bubbly. Eat alone or top with dollop of nonfat plain or vanilla yogurt.
