BBQ Pulled Pork

Preparation

CCP: Wash hands thoroughly. Put on clean gloves.
CCP: Thaw fully cooked pork under refrigeration.

  1. Remove pork from bag, place in a 12x20x2 1/2 hotel pan.
  2. Pour BBQ sauce over pork. Cover with foil.
  3. Heat in oven at 350°F for 40 minutes or until internal temperature of 160°F is reached.

CCP: If product is reheated, internal temperature of 165°F must be reached and maintained for 15 seconds.

Additional Serving Suggestions

  • Serve on a whole grain-rich bun as a sandwich or with Baked Sweet Potato Wedges.
